Reservation Policy

Lane reservations are not needed, but available if you like.

We book on the hour for 1 hour time slots only.

Lane reservations must be booked at least 1 hour prior to reservation time, and up to 3 months prior to reservation time.

A non-refundable deposit is required to make the reservation. (We take mastercard or visa over the phone)

Reservations may not be made for holiday or school vacation hours.

In the event that you can not make it to your reservation, or need to cancel, reservations can be re-scheduled for up to 3 months from original date with at least 1 weeks notice. If you do not wish to keep your reservation, and do not wish to re-schedule, a gift card for the amount of the deposit made, will be issued with at least 1 weeks notice of reservation cancellation prior to reservation date.

If you cancel your reservation with less than 1 weeks notice, you forfeit your deposit.
