The party area
|
At a Needham Bowlaway Party, You will have fun
as you run your own party your way.
The only stipulation is, you bowl first for one hour,
then you sit down to eat for
the remaining half hour.
Keep score if you like, but you don't have to,
You can play any way you want
as long as you follow a few simple safety rules. |
Safety Rules:
One bowler up at the line at a time.
One ball at a time.
Roll the ball.
pick up balls on rack after they have stopped.
No one is allowed past foul line.
Do not roll ball while red light is on. |
Party Area
The party area is an alcove of to the side of the lanes, it is not a seperate room.
There is a small under the counter Fridge and Freezer for your use.
There is a counter with a hole for your trash in the countertop.
There are two 5' tables for your use.
There are benches which line the tables.
The tables seat 15 comfortably, 17 is a squeeze.
There is black light in the party area during Cosmic Parties, so things will GLOW!

Parent drop-off parties only.
Maximum of 4 non-bowling adults allowed for supervision.
Minimum 10 kids, Max. 17
only for kids ages 5 and up, younger children tend to get injured.
If the birthday child has a sibling younger than 5 we reccomend a supervisor watch that child.
A $150.00 non-refundable deposit for retro parties is required.
A $170.00 non-refundable deposit for cosmic parties is required.
The deposit pays for 10 bowlers, additional bowlers are paid for the day of the event.
If there is a problem with the time or date, parties may be rescheduled for up to 3 months.
Reservation will be held for 10 minutes after start time.
Lanes will be assigned to you as needed.
Additional lanes may be rented if available at hourly rate.
Maximum of 5 children per lane.
1 supervising adult per lane.
No food allowed on lanes or at scoretables.
No pinatas allowed.
Pretzels, popcorn, pixi stix, glitter or confetti, and gum are not permitted.
Gift/goody bags are to be distributed when children are leaving.
Party will bowl for 1 hour first, then eat/open gifts second.
Only one T-shirt will be distributed per party package.
Additional T-shirts are available at $15. each.

Needham Bowlaway is not responsible for machine failures,
but we will make every effort to accomodate your party if one should occur.

Maximum of 40 people at all times.
We recommend having no more than 30 Children at the event.
only for ages ages 5 and up.
Minimum rental is an hour and a half for $570.
If you prefer to rent longer than and hour and a half may do so for $380. per hour.
All private parties must be scheduled with advance notice.
Private Parties must be paid for in advance, non-refundable.

You will have use of all 8 bowling lanes, and the party area.
You may choose what music we play, or bring in a cd or mp3 player.
You may have Cosmic Bowling, Retro Bowling, or we can customize your experience.

children will be asked to turn in their bowling shoes before eating.
