Believe it or not, there are actually five different types of Bowling in North America; with Candlepin being the hardest form of bowling. Candlepin is primarily played in northern New England and can be found all the way up through the Canadian Maritimes. Tenpin is the most widely know form of bowling due to the fact that it is the only form of bowling played all across the globe. 5 pin is played primarily in western Canada but it can be found in all of the Canadian Provinces. Duckpins and Rubber Duckpins are played in the East Coast primarily from Maryland to Massachusetts except New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. You can also find it in Oklahoma, Indiana, and Montreal.
